"The hotel was very tidy and well kept. The housekeeping ladies were super friendly and cleaned our room every day! Pool was exceptional all beach chairs were new. Shuttle service to the beach was the best service for drop off and pick up. We would go back! "

"In a lovely setting! All the cottages are separate, some high and low, with 2 different pools. Cottages are rustic - so be prepared for that as my shower was outside. The room was clean and they provide a central water cooler. The breakfast was great, however i would recommend going somewhere else for dinner like Ladera or Rabot The staff were nice, but it always seemed like you were bothering them was asking them questions. Easy to get around if you have a car, but otherwise it's a little tricky. Close to the superman waterfalls and the sulphur springs, but still need a car to travel to them. Chocolate tour was underwhelming and as the staff seem so demotivated, the tour was very flat. However, they did make an effort on my birthday to decorate my bed, which was a lovely touch."

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Soco House, celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th with her siblings and their spouses. Everyone we met who worked there was wonderful! "The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"
