"First the smell was horrible. I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. Staff wasn’t overly helpful but weren’t rude either. Kids enjoyed the pool and the...

We don’t even get to use all the amenities this place had as we only stayed one night. They also provide a breakfast in the morning which does get quite busy but there is enough space to make it doable. I would...

Also did not like that the hotel is not all enclosed. As soon as you get out of your room your outside.

"The first room I was assigned literally had black mold and a leaking mirror and sink. The second the shower wouldn’t drain, I even went and bought drano to try to make it better. Never again."
