"I had a wonderful day in Yamagata hotel. It has great location and great views stuff for very polite, attentive, and helpful. There is Ramen restaurant inside the building very safe and clean place."

"There is no casual dining facility at the hotel. No small cafe. Only available breakfast was the buffet. There was no cocktail lounge, no place for a casual drink and snack. Otherwise the room was very good. The staff excellent and friendly and helpful."
