This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the service was top-notch! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the spa was just incredible—definitely a highlight of our trip. Valet Bar - the BEST!
We did have a bit of trouble with the lighting in our room, which took four tries over two days to fix, but the team was attentive throughout.
Leaving was bittersweet—we genuinely didn’t want to go! Though, in a funny twist, the elevator seemed to feel the same way… we got stuck in it on our way out, which was honestly a bit scary. The doors wouldn't open and took us back up to the top floor. Guess the hotel didn’t want to let us go! 😅

An extremely comfortable stay with a great room, spacious bathroom and attention to detail Breakfast was delicious and the staff were without fail friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location although I would avoid Oxford Street. We will definitely be back for any future special occasions in central London!

This is an incredible place to stay. It is in the heart of London and every convenience is near by. The property is very large and luxurious. The roof deck is amazing for morning coffee and evening wine. Our family of four was spoiled for our 10 day visit. I highly recommend staying here vs. any of the fine hotels. Privacy and space are the highest form of luxury in any large city.
