"Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. "

"We spent four comfortable days in the lovely self-contained apartment above Carol and Philip’s home. The two bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of hangars in the closets, heating that we were able to adjust ourselves on a couple very cool nights, and views onto their beautiful garden. "The property manager Philippe responded to all requests immediately by VRBO email. We were comfy, and the place is super quiet. It is 10 minutes from bus or tram, but there are several markets and restaurants near. The Rose is a good value for the cost."

"The property was very quaint. Very clean. The area was close to eveything and very quiet at night. The shower head kept falling as the holder was loose but the water pressure was good. The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. "We had 3 lovely nights at Janine's apartment, and Janine was delightful to work with. The apartment was cozy, and it was only a 15 minute drive to the heart of Rouen.
