2층 레스토랑 음식 냄새가 환기구로 계속 들어옴
우리방은 딱히 뷰라고 할건 없는 뒷골목 뷰 였으나 아침 일출을 볼수 있긴 했음.
직원들은 불친절 하진 않으나, 호텔의 그 서비스급을 기대하면 안됨. 전반적으로 만족함.

I had 2 brief stays in the hotel. The room was spotless on the first occasion, but after a 3 day tour I came back and stayed in another room. This time the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was litter, toenails and a toothpick on the floor and long hairs on the bathroom floor. However, a manager arrived within 10 minutes of me complaining and the room was cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a kettle. Excellent views over the city and a really central location. Good quality breakfast although the meal I had in the restaurant was poor quality but the staff were very attentive. It was yet another hotel with a glass window between bathroom and bedroom, but at least it had a blind that could be lowered for privacy. The shower was over the bath and it was high to step in and out of, which could be a problem for shorter/less able bodied people. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Ulaanbaatar.

We had an amazing time at the Grand Hill Hotel! It's well located and we walked to all the museums and monasteries we wanted to visit. The hotel was very clean and staff was very accommodating, including suggesting and preparing an early morning breakfast to go on our last day! I recommend them if you are going to Ulaanbaatar!
