"Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard. The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! "The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town. You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. "Great hotel with great facilities. Right on the beach and safe and convenient to walk outside to the shops/coffee shops etc. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The animation team are AMAZING. Mady, Luca, Mimi, Suzi....everyone works so hard. Hotel is always clean and tidy. Reception staff are very friendly and helfpul. There is alwasy some kind of activity happening around the pool or hotel. Somwthing to suit everyone. "
