"Luke warm hot tub and Luke warm water in the shower. Hotel did not look like the pictures as far as cleanliness. Would not have stopped there by myself with 3 kids had I of known. "

"Room clean and new but spider was on bed when entered room. Light beside the right side of bed (when facing) was out. The TV was not hooked up in the sofa area and the refrigerator was leaking water. The staff was great. Friendly, helpful"

"Looked to be fairly new or recently updated. Room was very clean. Good water pressure. The first morning shower the drain was not working well. Notified the front desk and the maintenance man, “J.T.” Arrived about 10 minutes later. He replaced the drain mechanism and cleaned it out. Worked perfectly. He told us if we had any other issues to call, day or night. Very impressed. "

"The rooms are out dated, we had to switch rooms ac didn’t work. Door latches had screws missing, floors were not exactly clean, my grandson dropped a toy and I moved the dresser and was totally in shock! Very dirty floor, towels clean but dingy looking. No pool, no lobby, no breakfast, and rooms look nothing like the pictures at all. You can tell it was a run down motel upon arrival, but to get my money back through Travelocity would take awhile. Now the staff is wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! No telephone in room, 3 sets of keys stopped working so every night or everytime we lefty we had to get them fixed. Not very attractive from the outside, my husband almost made us leave, but you can tell they are trying to remodel and get rid of the riff raff! My son came to pick up my grandkids and said it was the local crack and drug motel. Travelocity may need to look more into thier booking when they do because this is the second time I used Travelocity and this has happened to me. It’s getting to be not a service I’m willing to use much if it keeps up! But like I said, staff were nice, attentive and very helpful and thier when you needed them. They are perfect and deserve better place of a work environment. I had a great time though. "
