The day I checked in the TV didn’t work and not all the outlets worked. At least the bed was comfortable and the tv was fixed the next day. On my last night of a 4 night stay the hotel forgot I added a night and gave my room to someone else. I was put in a room with a leaky faucet in the bathroom that dripped all night, the toilet ran all night and the bed was very uncomfortable. All in all it was not a pleasant stay.

It's an inexpensive place to stay. Allowed our dogs at minimal addt'l expense to stay. Just rundown, needs quite a bit of TLC, but good in a pinch.

Check-in process very good. Quick and uneventful. Room was clean; however it appeared to show the remnants of a makeover (TV wires hanging from the wall, wrapped through a wall mount fixture leading to a table top TV. Bathroom was clean and well maintained with the exception of a an electrical box that came out from wall. Entry door to room was missing a handle on the inside. The handle was found on the window sill. Hotel management was apparently aware because maintenance person came to room about 10 minutes after check-in to fix the handle. Bathroom had no soap (not really an issue since I carry my own - even to 5 stars), no wash cloths and one dirty hand towel.

I called before we came and asked the front desk specifically for a ground level room as we were bringing a dog with us. Staff totally polite! She said we did indeed have a ground floor room and she would see us when we arrived. The room was lovely ecept it was never finished being cleaned as there was food left neatly piled on a desk. The night staff traded us for another room promptly, but much smaller. The manager found my husband and complained that we owed a pet fee bc theyvdidnt know we had a dog with us. This fee was not advertised on Expedia for this hotel. Nor was i given an option to add a dog when i checked out. We did pay the pet fee of course. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was lacking unless you had it on full hot. When adjusted for cooler temps the pressure dropped to almost zero, that was disappointing. A coffee pot would have been a nice amenity, but therew wasnt one.

Good value great staff

My job requires your round travel, but I must say I have never stayed at a motel. That was more eager to provide us with everything we ask, even though the motel is not ultra modern, it has a quaint warm feeling to it. I would definitely recommend this place and if I’m in the area, that is where I will stay.
