"The hotel is lovely and very well located for our needs during our five-day stay. However, our experience got off to a disappointing start when one member of our group arrived at 9am and was unable to check in early. While we understand that early check-in is subject to availability, no effort seemed to be made to accommodate her. Having left home at 2:30am for her flight, she was left wandering around the city for several hours before being able to access the room. A highlight of the stay was the spa. Anna, the masseuse, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend booking a massage with her. Unfortunately, the breakfast offering was not suitable for our dietary requirements, so we were unable to benefit from the breakfast included in our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which could accommodate three adults but it felt cramped once the sofa bed was made up. The blackout curtains did not fully cover the windows, allowing light to enter early each morning, and the surrounding area could be noisy at night. The spa and indoor pool area were both very pleasant, and the rooftop pool area had plenty of sunbeds available. Unfortunately, the weather meant we were unable to use the rooftop pool. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly provided a complimentary birthday drinks voucher and weighed our suitcases at reception before we left. Overall I would stay here again."

"I like everything about The Mooons Hotel. It was super modern. My room was clean and efficient. I particularly enjoyed taking a shower everyday with that wonderful overhead spout. I also enjoyed its wonderful roof lounge with its spectacular view of Vienna. The drink prices seemed reasonable as well. Another great feature was the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It had many healthy dishes. I kind of wished there was some sausages, ham or beacon to go along with the rest of my breakfast though! Another great factor to the Mooons Hotel was its proximity to the Vienna Central Train Station. I also greatly appreciated my room rate. It was extremely reasonable. I must also commend the staff at the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful to me. I ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant. It was good. One criticism about the Pulled Hamburger menu choice would be to get rid of the potatoe chips and get either some French fries or vegetables instead. All in all, I had a great eight day stay at The Mooons Hotel in Vienna."

"Excellent hotel. Only disappointing thing was not being able to have a drink with a group of five people in the rooftop bar. They were plenty of tables for four and we were told we could only have a drink inside."

"This hotel has been refurbished and as a result the rooms are impeccable. The amenities are impeccable. The painting is fresh and I think we got the most well-trained staff we've had in a long time. I would like to give a shout out to Estefania, the receptionist, who made our check-in experience an absolute delight. Everybody who served us did so. They had a smile on their face and we had cappuccinos as our welcome drink. They were very happy to give us a few other coffees along the way as well. Even the baristas were super helpful. They came up to us with the coffee again with a smile on their face. Everybody over there seems to be enjoying working over there, which in turn makes us feel extremely welcome. I would give this place a hundred on ten if I could but for the time being let me just leave it at you will be in very good care."
