"If you are looking for a good size house right on the beach this is it. The house and the beach in front of it were extremely clean. There were four adult men in our group and each of us had a good size bed to sleep in. Also, with three bathrooms and a kitchen we were set up beautifully. I totally would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at Casa Carazon after spending two weeks in the Belizean rainforest. This is a private peaceful setting for soaking up the Caribbean sea and sun! The house is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, taking a dip in the pool and sea kayaking. In the evening we had scrabble contexts. A store is merely 10 minutes away for restocking or picking up anything you might have forgotten. The caretakers were attentive and gracious....

"We were a very last minute booking and Mark, Sabrina and Dean bent over backwards to make our stay easy, fun and comfortable. They are around when you need them but not at all overbearing. The house is super clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. We rented golf carts (arranged by dean and delivered within minutes) and it was so fun to cruise around. All of the tours they arranged were fabulous. Hopkins and Sitter River are so great. We’ll be back!"

"This property is nothing short of spectacular. Absolute 10 out of 10. A bit of culture shock at the poverty in Belize, but the local people are amazing and so friendly. The property manager, Juan, was on site 24/7 for any issues and is an incredible person. You are a bit isolated from traditional vacation commerce, but given the awesome property, you didn’t even want to leave. A rental car made all the difference so that we could drive into town for groceries and your the countryside."

"Whats not to like? The sand beach is right out the door and the beach goes out what seems like forever. A great home base to explore out of. Hiking at Mayflower Bocawina National Park to the waterfalls is not to be missed. Had a manatee surface kayaking the mangroves just to the north. A well appointed kitchen and great resturants nearby (dont miss Ella's and Maxim and Luba Laruga). A most responsive host for sure! All in all a wonderful stay!"

This property is very remote and extremely quiet! I would highly recommend having a rental vehicle. Publics is the closest, cleanest, best place to shop and is 20 mins south.
