When we got there we had a few demands, I would say we were being a hassle but to the credit of the staff, the dealt with all our issues exceptionally. They couldn't have gone more out of there way. They listened, they understood and they took action accordingly. When we left we hugged them, we toured around Sri Lanka and liked it so much we returned. When we did return, they hugged us. We're back in Australia now and we're talking about going over there again, real soon.

As soon as our driver drove up to the front entrance you're greeted by the door man and he then rings a bell to let the staff know that we have arrived, and had all the staff greet us and help us to the lobby!
