Welcome to Sunset Cove a private luxury lakefront lodge. We have carefully created the perfect luxury lakehouse for gathering with friends and loved ones. When you first arrive you will immediately notice amazing lake and mountain views and the feeling of being secluded in your own private nature retreat.

Step inside and experience the touches of a luxury lodge loaded with amenities for gathering, gaming and relaxing. Relax by one of 2 fireplaces or large tables for gathering over a freshly cooked meal in one of 2 full stocked kitchens. Challenge the group to a game of air hockey, foosball, corn-hole or ping-pong. Or explore nature with a walk down to the brand new private dock with kayaks and a paddle boat. All this before you step out to the star of the show, a 3 tier deck for creating unforgettable memories on playing, relaxing and eating while overlooking your own private dock and beautiful lakefront! Big BBQ grill and big outdoor table for cookouts! Lounge or take a nap on 2 hanging day beds while reading a book. After a long day on the water come back to soak in the large hot tub overlooking the lake or relax by the fire pit! With ~4000 sqft your group will be able to spread out comfortably while having tons of gathering space for making memories.

Entertainment Galore: Arcade games, Air Hockey, Ping-pong, Foosball, 2 fire-pits for roasting s'mores, TV with gaming system, family friendly board games, puzzles and more.

Pet Friendly: We know that your furry friend is a part of the family, which is why our lodge is pet-friendly. You'll find a convenient dog door and access to a fenced-in grass area and dog kennel in the basement.

Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit407-Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the smokies (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge) . But with all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

FAQs:
☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. There are 2 steps required to enter the property. However, there is two bedrooms & full bathroom located on the main level. Additionally you can drive and park near the lower level which for no stair access.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide full bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods.
➜ For coffee lovers: the home has a traditional drip coffee maker with filters in the drawer right below, 2 keurigs (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a French press☕️


☀ Where can I rent a boat?
Several locations to rent paddleboards and other various boats and jet skis are nearby. The closest is H2O Water sports, just down the street from home.

☀ Can I dock my boat at the house?
If you would like to bring your own boat, there are several places it can be put in the water within 10 minutes of the home, and can be secured to our dock for the entirety of your stay.

☀ Is there good fishing nearby?
Yes! Lake Douglas has almost 600 miles of shoreline and is rated one of the best bass fishing lakes in the Country

Important Notes:
Dock is a lovely walk down a winding path in the backyard some people choose to rent an ATV/UTV/Golf cart to make it quick and easy to get down to the lake (easily rentable from Good Ole Boys nearby they drop off at the house)

Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Water typically begins rising in March in our cove. However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.
