"Room dirty did not mopped the floor you can see the dust in the floor "

"Good job for all the staff. I am not a fan of dogs lingering around the resort especially in the dining area and barked loudly every now and then. I understand the resort owners owns the dogs. This is a business establishment, not a kennel resort. Would’ve been nice if they were kept distance away from resort guests at all time. I would’ve enjoyed my stay entirely if not for the dogs. Other than that, staff did an awesome job to make my stay comfortable. "

"It is unfortunate that I have to write this and it does not bring me joy to do so. We ended up leaving a night early to cut our losses because of the unpleasantness of our stay. TL;DR Inhospitable, unclean, and overdue for a renovation. This place is run down and overdue for an audit. Main issues: 1. Cleanliness - bathroom full of mildew, easy bleach cleaning could have solved this. Plastic signage covered in mildew needs replacing. 2. Damaged furnishing - broken cupboards, ceramic wear, faucet, shower. 3. Inhospitable restaurant - after a long travel day we had hoped to dine at the restaurant. They offered, with attitude, to make us pizza.. instead of offering a full menu. After we declined they suggested we use GRAB to order food. We had issues since we had to download the app and add our cards for the first time. Problem on GRAB end, resolved with tech support. But we had to go into town to get dinner. 4. Dirty linens - sheets had stains, upstairs tablecloths had holes, rust spots on silverware, bleach stains on ALL towels provided to us. Things that should have been replaced seem to be in rotation and left a sour taste in our mouth about the rest of the housekeeping. 5. Toilet seat in room 210 was cracked- safety issue! It was also growing brown bacteria from the cracks indicating long term neglect. 6. Missing remote - only one AC remote for two units. 7. Malfunctioning safe - forcing us to carry all valuables Front desk ladies were apologetic. Look elsewhere "

"Hot showers and great food and staff. Alona beach was just over the beach walk and not really suitable to hang out on. Had to walk up towards the end for the sand. Just a 10 min tok tok ride to Dumaluan Beach where you can use the amenities and hang out on a gorgeous beach at the Oceanica. Highly recommend doing this. El at guest services was so helpful arranging a private driver to go see the chocolate hills, man made forest, Tarziers, bamboo bridge and the bee Farm resort. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in town. Short tok tok to main road for shops and restaurants. Mr and Mrs Thai was awesome:)"

"A lovely oasis, the accommodation was so peaceful and well managed. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming. Was so nice to have peace and quiet at the pool without children around. Would 100% stay again when I'm next in Panglao. Only 10 mins walk to the beach, or into the hustle and bustle of the town, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. "
