Private Beach Studio - 500 sq ft Patio & Fire Pit

  • Beach across the street, and a 500 sq ft gated patio that's yours alone — sectional, fire pit, barbecue. A private downstairs studio with its own entrance in a quiet Dana Point townhome. Queen hybrid bed, luxury linens, kitchenette, smart TV, A/C. Community pool and hot tub open until 10 PM. No shared entrances, no shared space, no one else in the unit. One compact parking space available for additional $25.
    No pets. Air mattress available on request. Owner is severely allergic.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put used towels in the blue laundry bag in the armoire. Bag trash and leave it on the patio. Linens can stay on the bed.
Turn off all lights, heater, A/C, fan, fire pit and barbecue. Please leave the BBQ clean and free of food and grease.
Lock the door and return the key and pool fob to the key box on the back door ($250 fee for a lost fob).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours after 11 PM. No parties. Registered guests only. Please rinse off sand before entering and don't leave food or trash outside overnight.
Turn off the fire pit and BBQ after use and leave the BBQ clean of grease and food (cleaning tools provided).
Please treat the space with care, it is part of our personal home. No pets - owner is severely allergic.
