Family Wedding Get Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Beautiful beachfront property; awesome views, perfect for relaxing and exploring before and after the big event. Property management communicated clearly throughout the booking process. The first day of our stay the hot water went out. Property management resolved the issue very quickly and checked back the next day to make sure everything was still operating properly.

Great Beach House for our family...

Delightful & Peaceful

We really enjoyed this location. It was safe and easy to access. The rental is clean and has all the essentials for a fun few days at the beach. Be sure to check the high low tides for the best times of day to enjoy playing in the ocean. We would recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great place for a family reunion

Every possible cooking utensil, anything needed to cook or BBQ is available. Afgans for snuggling on the 3 couches. Games and puzzles, lots and lots of books. Boogy boards, sand chairs, movable firepit, firewood, and they even left us the makings for smores as well as 2 bottles of great wine.And the linens....the sheets are as soft as butter, the towels hugely thick and soft-pristine white. Beds so comfortable,my grandson said he wanted to take the bunk bed home with him it was so comfortable. Worth every $$$. Love, Love, Love this home !!!

Beautiful home. I didn’t want to sleep our last night just so I could hear the waves. Beautiful views! Friendly helpful people. Only thing I would change would be repair the lower deck, check HVac and clean grout. We realize there is wear and tear on a rental. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a little problem with one of the coffee makers on the first morning, but management was incredibly responsive and provided a replacement within a couple of hours. The location can’t be beat. The house easily met the needs of our multi-generational family, including one member with limited mobility. The elevator was a godsend. We definitely hope to return.

There was room for friends able to visit for the day. It was an amazing place to stay, room for all and accommodations for cooking, game playing, fishing, sunbathing, walking on the beach and generally giving all of us a chance to chill for a week. The fireworks were amazing !

Happy, Happy, Happy

6 adults. We relaxed and smiled all day, every day. Stunning water-front home and it is as advertised, except a person needs to be there to really feel how perfect it is. The home has a great layout; the ocean view and sound are priceless; fully stocked everything—everything! We found ourselves sitting on the patio a lot. Walk the shore and get your 10K steps in for the day. Close to the Harbor and San Clemente—walkable if inclined. Costco close. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Wi-Fi worked great and house was very clean. The rear patio on the ocean has incredible views and tons of seating. Beach Road Relaxation

We recently took a short vacation with the kids to soak up some sunshine before winter sets in at home, and it was just what we needed! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach right in front of the house was a little rocky, and we had to time our beach visits according to the tides. During high tide, there isn’t beach access, but at low tide, the sandy shore opened up and we could fully enjoy the waves. There was also a sand bar that ran along the length of the beach, which was perfect for the kids to explore and bodyboard without it being too deep. Even our 5-year-old had a blast out in the waves! There was plenty to discover around the area, and the sound of the waves crashing at night made for the perfect, natural white noise—so relaxing! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and definitely hope to return soon!

Fantastic home and hosts

Home is very well equipped even having some spices and condiments. Right on the water. At high tide there is no beach at low tide there is. Looks like steps down were damaged in hurricane but still work if you're willing to treat them like a ladder. Large home we had 11 people and it was spread out and open. Fantastic area just to hang out or even better if you have a bicycle. 2 mi from Dana point harbor

Amazing ocean views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a three generation family who wanted to spend some time together and this rental provided all we wished for and more. Perfect location and views and plenty of space. The orange and lime green decor was very retro but created a fun vibe. House was clean but needs some removal of scuff marks (soft scrub) and some furniture stain removal(Resolve). Some woodwork especially closet doors need sanded and repainted. None of this hindered the great time we had. We would definitely rent again if in the area. We found the management staff and host very responsive and helpful.

70th Birthday/Family Vacation

It was perfectly laid out for 3 families plus a couple of extra single family members. 3.5 bathrooms made the stay simple. Best of all was being right on the beach, no loading up kids and gear to drive to the beach. This left us more quality time to spend together just visiting. Also perfect was the amount of seating for meals and the seating with views of the ocean! All our grandchildren wanted to do was to be on the beach playing in the sand and water! As the family with 3 children had come from the Dallas area of Texas, this was extra special! We had a fantastic week celebrating my husband's (PopPop's) 70th birthday. It couldn't have been any better! Thank you!

Amazing winter wheather

Beautiful house,kitchen smaller than pictured . Needed large roasting pan ,sugar,and Landry detergent .Master BR amazing great king bed soft sheets pillows ok,nice jacuzzi tub.All the other Bedrooms just ok,need new mattresses,too soft. Check in process difficult,front door locked instructions great but door didn’t unlock.No response for an hour at 8 pm on Christmas Eve.Front guard gate keeper ,only one was on extremely difficult and rude strictly black and white thinking.The other gate men were helpful and knowledgeable even happy.Lots of wonderful food nearby best Chinese food ever in Ralph’s shopping center Little Asian kitchen?,great pizza at pizza a do-ho .Over all felt over priced Christmas rate,just over 15 thousand for 8 nights,should have gotten a hotel room for 1st night late arrival,just me and took so long to get front door unlocked.Difficulty communicating to management during stay.Would not book again for Christmas

Wonderful family vacation house!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this wonderful beach house – the first and most important thing is that the property managers are incredibly responsive – a text or phone call brought immediate help and they went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. We are a family of 12 and the house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. It’s right on the beach and the beach in front of the house is most useful at low tide - but our “diehard boogie boarder” was out there a lot! There is a nice sandy beach within pretty easy walking/biking distance with parking as well. The property is on a gated road, easy to get in and out and parking was excellent – 4 spaces! Lots of beach and bathing towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The area down a few steps from the deck looks usable in photos, but now wet and rocky most of the time with coastal changes. We really enjoyed the bike path along the beach. We enjoyed a big family friendly meal at Harpoon Henry’s one night and good take-out barbeque from Heritage. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking pot/pan, appliance, utensil you could need, including spices. Grill was big, plumbed into natural gas and lots of tools. The table top s’mores maker was fun in lieu of the fire pit. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, plenty of fans were available along with pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, child’s dining ware. Actual deck area is on the smaller side, we wouldn’t have all been able to sit or dine out there, but there was plenty of seating for dining inside (with views) as well as comfortable couches for watching a family movie. Adults appreciated the nice umbrella and table outside to sit and enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine and watch the surf or the dolphins!
