The Pacific is right outside your door here on Beach Road - mornings begin with the sound of waves, and your private beach access means the sand is always just a few steps away. Step onto the oceanfront deck with your morning coffee and watch the light shift across the water. When the timing is right, you may catch surfers riding the break, dolphins offshore, or even whales passing in the distance. This is a home where the ocean isn`t a backdrop - it`s part of daily life.

Living space
The main living area is arranged around the view, with comfortable seating, a 75` TV, and a dining table for 8. Central heating and Air Conditioning!

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite on the second floor features a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and direct ocean views. Bedroom 2 on the first floor offers a queen bed with ocean views. Bedroom 3 on the second floor includes 2 bunk beds. A pack `n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Kitchen & dining
The chef`s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals together - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes, cookware, and barbecue utensils. Gather at the dining table and linger after meals with the sound of the ocean drifting in.

Outdoor living
The beachfront deck is the heart of the outdoor experience. Set up on the outdoor furniture, fire up the gas BBQ grill, or head straight down to the sand via private beach access whenever you feel like it. Beach essentials are provided so your time on the shore stays easy and comfortable.

Bathrooms
The home has 2 bathrooms stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all included.

Work & essentials
Stay connected with Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, ceiling fan, and portable fans round out the practical comforts. The home is also equipped with exterior security cameras, a front door Ring camera, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

Parking & access
Self check-in is simple via keypad entry. Free parking on premises accommodates up to 4 cars. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at no extra charge when availability allows. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Location
This home sits directly on the water in an ultra-private gated beachfront community on Beach Road in Dana Point. Please note: there are train tracks nearby. For light sleepers, ear plugs and white noise machines are provided. Pets are not permitted - Beach Road is a pet-free community, except for documented emotional support or service animals.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in. 2 vehicles are currently allowed by security.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
