Catch the sunset dipping behind Catalina Island and the horizon with ocean views from every room, from the front porch or from the boardwalk at Strands beach which is just steps away from the front door. Walking distance to all Dana Point has to offer and driving distance to explore all of Southern California.
The Blue Tide Cottage is a condo at Niguel Beach Terrace just across the street from Strands Beach and Strands View Park. The property is completely renovated and comes fully ready for you to enjoy.
Cooking up a meal? Our kitchen is fully stocked and the grill ready to be fired up. Doing the dishes has never been easier with both a dishwasher and an ocean view from the sink. Rinsing off the saltwater and sand from Strands beach? Our bathrooms are both fully stocked with linens for your stay.
