From your description of your room, I'm guessing you stayed on the third floor in either a room with an oversized jacuzzi in the bathroom, or in one of the Doheny Suites. Either way, sitting on the edge of the tub and swinging your feet in or out makes it easy and safe to get in and out of the tub. Travel Safely.

Good Morning Sharon: I'm distressed to read your review and can assure you that what you experienced is not normal at our hotel. We will be discussing your review with the onsite management and housekeeping department. As for breakfast, I'm sorry you were disappointed. We serve one hot entree a day, coffee should never be cold (how could that be coming out of the machine?), and as for the bananas, they are one of the most perishable fruits we can serve. Brown skin doesn't mean the banana itself is over ripe, but I understand some people prefer greener bananas. We'll check into it. Please accept our apologies for your experience.

For sure, parking can be tough if you have a large vehicle. Generally, the 6-7 spaces immediately to the right on the upper level as you enter are a bit larger, as are the ones around the front of the hotel if your vehicle can make it around the building and under the pool deck bridge. I don't know what room type you rented, but the hotel has several ranging from standard hotel rooms to spacious King whirlpool suites to even two-room Living/Room Bedroom suites. On your next visit, please contact the hotel to discuss your guest room expectations and we will be happy to do the best we can to meet your expectations.

As before, amenities in room vary some by room type, as well as location within the building. Good morning Derreck: I'm sorry your visit wasn't quite up to your expectations. I'd agree, the sofa sleepers are best for small children, not adults. But I think that's true of pretty much every sleeper sofa I've ever seen! As for the smell, I suspect it has to do with the hotel being closed up and all the rain we've been having.
