Cstomer service is great

The property had failing elevators, escalators, cracks in the walls, and paint peeling. The Rio needs to maintain its property to justify the resort fees.

Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Free cheese, biscuits and wine every afternoon. Home made cookies absolutely delicious. Walking distance from Santa Monica beach - miles of open sand with pacific rollers to play in. Free parking on site. Can’t praise it highly enough.

The LVStripHouse Condo was excellent and convenient for me and my friends. Highly would recommend for anyone who has a large group staying in Vegas and wants to be close and enjoy the Las Vegas Strip. Cathy was so nice and knowledgeable about the property as well throughout our stay.

Great property, rooms were nicely updated, decent breakfast in the morning. Pool was outside which was nice. Smoking area near the rear parking lot. Close to a lot, in walking distance as well. Very close to the airport which is a plus. The only thing I would change is the carpets in the hallways, they were stained and looked like they been there since the 80’s. But other than that great hotel. Will be my hotel every time I travel to Los Angeles! 😊
