"We felt we were treated harshly by the owner after a fine was imposed on us. Yes we left some clean dishes in the dishwasher but the other challenges from the owner I felt were unfair. We stayed for 4 days and had two leaking air con units. This disrupted our sleep. Despite contact we had no response. ..."
