- A holiday paradise under a thatched roof, with a beautifully landscaped garden and plenty of privacy. Located at the entrance to the Baltic Sea resort, this idyllic gem, owned by Princess Nina of Prussia until the 1990s, was built on a roughly 1200 m² plot of land approximately 300 years ago. High-quality materials, numerous windows, high ceilings, and ample space create a truly special ambiance in this sun-drenched thatched cottage with approximately 110 m² of living space. The house underwent extensive and meticulous renovations in 2004 and 2005, and was further refurbished and refurnished in the winter of 2016/2017.
