Room was not clean- only 1 towel provided- no hand towel. Carpets are very dirty in rooms and corridors. We did not receive any discount on the one occasion that we ate in the restaurant.

It is a good hotwl overall. Next to teh marina mall , super market, fast food etc also hotel is good spacious and rooms are of good size Kids enjoyed the stay here

Not the best. The gym pictures are not at all what is on site. Gym was a big disappointment. The hotel needs a very good cleaning all over. The room was very spacious. Management sometimes think cleaning is just cleaning. Cleaning is actually a skill - and when people have not be taught how to clean well, the rooms are just "not well cleaned". Respect house keeping. Teach house keeping, They are "key" to your success. Also, at 2 am suddenly a key was used to open our door. The reception had by mistake wanted to show our room to a guest! In the morning - the coffee machine was not working for two breakfasts. Training and development of staff is key to a good experience for guests. Always focus on staff development
