It’s a land blessed with water, mountains, huge rocks and plenty of arable lands, being one of the two agricultural centres of Sri Lanka. outstanding location of our property, sandwiched between the magical Dambulla Rock Temple and the Dambulu Oya river – a powerful combination of ancient rock with plenty of spiritual upload and flowing water on the other side. This makes ‘Thanikotuwehena Oyagawa’ (translation: “a solitary place by the river”) a proven Oasis to relax, to reconnect with your inner self, nature and your friends and family around. Usually one never moves away from the place during the first day.... Some say it’s a special power which renders you ‘legless’"
