Perfect getaway to magical Damascus

Nice, peaceful and tranquil home surrounded by nature, beautiful hiking areas and creeks. Just few miles from the Creeper Trail and Appalachian Trail and less than 10 minutes from Damascus. With 2 nice porches to enjoy the beautiful view, and indoor electric fireplace and a fire pit area to spend quality time with family and friends. Each room has a queen bed with trundle (allowing a total of 9 guests) and a TV with Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Thanksgiving family get together

The property was awesome, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the front window was great. Our host was great. The stores and restaurants were close by. I’ll definitely keep this property in mind for the next visit.

Creeper Trail Getaway

Great location (few miles outside Damascus so close enough but far enough away to avoid traffic noise), nice property (clearly refurbished, lots of outdoor spaces to hang out, lots of hot water!), and very prompt communication with the owner.

My friends and I had a great stay here. The house is nicely updated and had everything we needed. The patio and outdoor furniture were great features and the neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close to downtown Damascus and the Creeper Trail.

Ride the Creeper

It was great! Perfect location to enjoy the mountains, Blueridge parkway, Abingdon, bike riding. Very quiet and close to town. The Virginia Creeper bike trail is very special.

Virginia Creeper Getaway

We came to stay a night in Damascus so we could ride the Virginia Creeper Trail in the morning. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. We will be back!

Excellent Getaway

House was perfect. Newly updated and very clean. Very close to Creeper Trail and downtown Damascus. Property Manager very responsive and easy to work with. Price was more then fair and 100% better then hotel. If you are going to do anything on the Creeper Trail stay here!

Quiet and convenient to Creeper Trail and other mountain fun

The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the owner was extremely communicative, and lots of details on how to use all the different things in the house so there is no question left for me. Everything was very clean and spacious. The outside deck was great for morning cup of coffee and quiet. Love the seclusion of the yard backed up to the woods with the river across the street. Just a few minutes drive into Damascus to get to the bike shop to get to the creeper trail. lots of kitchen appliances, clean furniture. TVs all worked the way they said they would. A great stay!
