Our room was damp. Gross, humid, unclean. This was not a discount room. I paid significantly more for this hotel than others in the immediate vicinity for something nicer and cleaner. This hotel is old and dirty. I won't ever be back.

Excellent hotel.

Everything was fantastic except for the Pool was “broken”. It’d be nice to know this information ahead of time so when your looking for that specific accommodation for the kids we’d choose the right place.

We have stayed at this location on several different trips to Georgia, never had a issue til this time. The A/C was not working in our room. When I told the lady at the front desk she was not concerned about it at all. We payed $200 for about 9 hours in the room. We did not get any rest due to the heat in the room. Might have to find us a new spot to stay on our trips to see the grandbabies.

Everything was fine except when entering the bathroom...reeked of tobacco smell!!!!!! No exhaust fans in the bathroom which made it even worse...thinking it was coming from the vents attached to the next room

There was an eye sore outside behind the drive in wall of one of the entries. It was trash or some big junk piece that made the property bad. It probaby was not even on your property but it still made your propety look junkie in that one spot. Other than that Ieverything looked great

The hotel was very clean, modern, and pretty. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the bed we had some so firm it wasn’t comfortable at all to sleep on. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel with such a firm mattress

Good hotel

The stay was good and the motel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The only complaint that I, as well as the rest of my group had, was how hard the beds were. They were super firm and not good on old backs like mine. It was super close to restaurants and the Convention Center.

Travelling on New Years Eve is never good. Wanted to be off the road early. On the App, I selected 'Smoking' for both rooms. Upon check in, we were told that none of the rooms are smoking.

It was a little weird getting into the parking lot and to the front entrance, but other than that everything was really good. Clean clean rooms, clean halls and main areas, nice dining room with good food for breakfast. Best bacon Ive ever had at a hotel. LOL Room was nice, good bathroom and very clean. No complaints!

Fine For Our Use

The hotel was fine for our purposes. It's getting a little old and maintenance seems to be a bit of a problem (leaks in the ceiling of the hotel foyer). Covid meant that the breakfast meal was less than normal, but what was presented was fine. Coffee and juices were both available and plentiful. Room decor was fine, though the sofa could have been better (Naugahyde seat) and the desk was getting sway-backed.

On my way home stop.

The hotel itself was very nice. Could use some repairs. The light fixture in the bathroom ceiling was cracked and the ceiling was peeling away. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Easy check in/out.
