Air conditioning was weak, we woke up a few times hot. The room was stuffy and dated. It’s not a luxury experience, it was average. The rest of the hotel was lovely and the food was excellent. Wouldn’t come and stay again but would eat here.

Checked in, receptionist was lovely. Climbed a load of stairs, along some corridors, down some stairs and up some more, finally got to our room, not a towel to be seen.
