"It was impeccable, really good. Amazing in fact! Great views with the sea, mountains & the town of Cavtat, tasty & varied food options, beautiful & modern room with the most relaxing views (we sat on our terrace watching dolphins one evening!) friendly & helpful staff, music everynight, excellent wine & cocktails, big swimming pools indoor / outdoor & easy to get to Dubrovnik - which is a must! Missing it already! Thanks to the hotel staff for a truly enjoyable stay :-)"

"The location was exceptional. On the surface, the accommodations were nice: Our room was large and quiet (which was especially nice given their location). However, there we several issues that arose: -Internet was down, and remained iffy for the duration (they put a router in the hallway to help with the signal which was largely ineffective). -It rained very hard one night, and water flooded in from the balcony. It apparently was a known issue as the flooring was peeling up and was "water logged" in some locations. -A similar issue existed in the bathroom as the shower sprayed out on to the bathroom floor, leading to floor issues. There was a broken window that popped out of the frame when trying to open it. -Staff/service was very inconsistent. Just one example: we asked for ice and one employee said that they didn't have any and that we'd have to find it in town. Another said that they had some and would provide it (from a neighboring property). For the price, I would have expected a better experience. Most of my score is based on the ideal location, so if you don't mind some issues along the way, this would be a good location."

"The staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms are a little dated but very functional. The pool area stands out as being best part of the hotel. Our building had no elevators and there is plenty of stairs so be prepared. Good value hotel"

"Property was clean, friendly staff. We were English speaking travelers. They had good English. Didn’t have a lot of amenities around hotel, the outside surrounding area was a little rundown, but hotel itself was decent. Had to walk a little off property to a convenience store, but not too far I recommend a hotel for a short day."
