The kitchen needed to be cleaner when we arrived.
"The kitchen needed to be cleaner when we arrived. The main oven on the cooker didn't work at all and the saucepans had been bad used. "I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."
