"It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available. "
"The theme of the room was very beautiful. Even though there were other people there, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful."
"The room is very nice and very high class and staff is very nice but the property is in a strange industrial area. The outside of the property is not as well kept.
I have my own garden, very good for the price but the garden needs to have mosquito maintenance. For the short moment I was in the garden, I got bit for over 10 times!!"
"I liked this property for its spacious room and reasonable rate. However, I found it difficult to find a nearby restaurant that felt inviting enough to dine in, or a convenience store within easy reach.
"
"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed.

"Taxi had difficulty to find the address during arrival at night, Taiwanese police gad to help navigate the current address which is written in Chinese, doesn't match address on Hotels, com
Overall, excellent one night "
"Wow, simply wow, what an amazing value for the money!
This was a very pleasant stay. Clean room, great location, between TPE airport and Taipei itself, wonderful staff, working Wi-Fi, amazing food, everything as advertised."

"Super friendly cleaning staff. Worked like ninjas, done before we know it each day. Check-in as usual is at 3:00pm, bummer if you are flying in early into Taipei.
Now check-in is an electronic kiosk, it works, but not sure how I feel without the human interaction.
If there was a gripped about the hotel, it would be the 3 elevators are not enough for the 19 to 20 floors of guests.
Also wish the lobby was a tad bigger and room to sit.
Food options around Cham Cha are plentiful. But given the heat, we opted for Uber Eats and its fast delivery.
Overall, for a hotel close to Banqiao station, it’s a decent hotel and worth staying at.
Thank you for the wonderful experience. We come back to the area often "
"The hostel is located within walking distance of Fuzhong MRT and various dining options, such as cafes and the Banqiao Nanya Night Market. The lobby area is clean and check-in was easy, with staff able to speak some English or open to translator usage. Rules for the establishment were provided in English. Floors were divided my male and female dormitories, with the provided key card needed to access the elevator and the sleeping area, while room keys were used for individual rooms. Slippers were provided to keep the sleeping area clean.
The room was clean, with towels and sleep wear provided. There was enough space to move bags under the bedside shelf and one electrical outlet available. The shared bathroom was clean and showers came with shampoo and body wash. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned during the early afternoon everyday. Noise was low, with doors and footsteps being the only sounds during the nights. The breakfast provided from 7-10am on the 7th floor common area was good. Laundry and dryer machine worked well, with detergent provided for free. There were also spa rooms available next to the common area.
Overall, the hostel served as a good rest spot for someone who spends most of the day adventuring throughout Taipei and the surrounding area. The nearby MRT made it easy to get around and food was available locally."
"Quality of the room was as expected for the price. Was disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom, but it’s a shared building and I know that can’t be avoided. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly for the stay, they addressed all of our needs without question."
