We have stayed at Furama Hotel Dalian a few times and, having tried others for a bit of variety, we prefer to stay here. The staff provide customers with 5-star treatment and are very friendly. The facilities are good and the room/bed very comfortable.

The hotel is 5 star in all respects. The staff are very helpful, respectful and polite. The hotel is located in a respectable area in which top designer shops as Armani, Gucci, etc, are based.

The attitude of the front desk is to be improved. Compared to as other hotel i lived such as Ritz Carlton, the front desk persons lack friendly and warm speaking tune. The way they picked up the phone and the tune did not sound like they are friendly.

部屋がアップグレードされたので3泊が優雅に過ごすことが出来ました。 タクシー代を支払いで現金での支払いを拒否され言葉が通じないので考えているとドアーマンの人が車外よりお話をいただき無事解決しました、中国ではアプリによる支払いが主となっているようで国外の人間は使えないので困るのではと思います。 ジャグジーバスで優雅に過ごしましたが、使用方法の取り扱い説明がないので使うまで不安がありました。
