Exceptional in all aspects. The property is new and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention to the pastries at four seasons Dalian are so delicious, must try and fall in love with it. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. Highly recommended.

I am highly recommend the place. I was stay around 6 days during my vacation time. They did pre e-mail me as warm greeting and also ask me about my prefer options. All the staffs are professional, friendly and great helpful. They did fully understand and support what I need during the my stay. The bedding is so comfortable. I also did laundry and they were try their best and did well communication with me. I did feel very comfortable and safe during my vacation. I also love the sweet treat and welcome fruits. Will come back again.

Booked ocean view room (for 5 nights)but it was 70% blocked by 2 apartment bldgs so close that you can clearly see insides. Clearly, the city view rooms are a better choice and value.

整體很不錯，細節需要加強。房間冷氣不夠冷，沒有客廳和浴室涼快。我們入住3大1小，前兩天只有三條毛巾。 不過第一天帶我們入住的小姐姐人很好，因為加床只能是單人床，免費幫我們把沙發包成床舖，很感謝
