Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is uniquely styled, and close to the Dali old town and many food options.

Apart from one mishap our stay was OK. The location is close to old town with all the shopping and eateries. The hotel has a good vibe and is somewhat comfortable. People at the desk were very friendy. However: Our scheduled transport to the train station, one hour away, was a complete failure on behalf of the staff. The driver did not arrive and the substitute was arrogant and left us stranded in a heavy downpour among perilous traffic. Very bad ending to what should have been a comfortable stay in Dali.

結論として大変良かったです。 古城まで歩いて10分くらいで、近くには食堂がたくさんありました。ロケーションはかなり良いと思います。 スタッフはとても親切でチェックイン時にスーツケースを3階まで運んでくれました。 宿泊施設は全体的におしゃれな造りになっていて、屋上からの見晴らしも良かったです。 私は利用しませんでしたが1階はカフェになっていました。 WiFiの接続も快適でした。 大変コストパフォーマンスの良い宿泊施設だと思います。

Overall pleasant experience, especially the tour driver Mr. Wang. However, we were not pleased that the electricity went out on the second night, leaving us in total dark and cold with no air conditioning, etc. The staff were not well trained to apologize in this situation but just remained silent. The room is also a bit small for a family room.

It's a lovely hotel is return to any time. The staff were trying hard to help, but because they didn't speak any English it didn't always lead to the desired result. The rooms are lovely. At the beginning I was upgraded to a superior room with a lovely bathroom, but because it was cold, the AC wasn't able to heat it sufficiently I preferred the second room. The place is quiet and convenient for exploring the ancient city.
