Loved our stay and were treated very well by all staff. One of the hot tubs seemed quite dirty and there was garbage around the area left by previous guests.
Our room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age.
The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something.
We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout.
There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Quick access in and out of Canmore. Nice rooms, comfy bed. Good location. A bit older, including pool and got tub, but still nice and affordable.

Hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Bed had hair in it and the bed was slept in. Bathroom has mould on the ceiling. Sticky residue on table. Do not stay here even if it’s cheap.
