"We had to get switched rooms through our first hour of our visit. The first room had hair everywhere, the sheets were nasty with hair and different smear marks on them, and there was hair in the drains. I had to go ask for a room switch with how bad it was. The second room wasn’t as bad, but still had a lot of issues. The second room had very low lighting, hair in the drain, smears of some foreign stuff on the pullout couch bed, poop like stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was very disgusting and never really cleaned with stains on the floor as well. I will never recommend this state to anybody. If I could give them a zero star, I would. cleanliness is not their strength."

"Sadly have to write a poor review for hotel. Cleanliness was ok, bed was uncomfortable because it appeared that the mattress was old and lumpy. No hot water!! Had to call the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work. Finally got warm water. The sink faucet looked like they had been working on it as the caps on the handles had been removed. Water barely trickled from either hot (actually hardly tempid) or cold. Doubt I would ever stay there again unless it was between it and the car. Wouldn’t recommend until they get some serious issues fixed. "

"Quiet place, it’s clean and they clean the room daily during the week, internet is fast enough to play online games. Staff is really nice too. "

"Such a cute and cozy place that had everything we needed! Beds were all super comfy, and with 3 little ones with us, the game room was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We went away to get rest and relaxation! This was the perfect place to do just that. The views were great and the location was close enough to Jasper and Evansfor day trips. We are already making plans to return in the spring. "

"We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that. "

"The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. They only offered 70 back for a 3 night 4 day booking...thats probably why all the cabins where empty, but the one we rented..Also the heating situation needs to be better for bitter cold weather like we encountered..And all the cabins need to be treated for bugs. "

"Wonderful trip! Great location! Comfortable beds! Lots of space and everything you need in the kitchen. Will definitely book this place again when we come back to Holiday world! "
