"Early evening I received a phone call from the front desk. I was asked if I was still coming! I told them I was, they said “Um, just making sure”. Maybe 5-10 minutes passed and they called again. This time I was asked if I would be open to staying elsewhere. I said “No, I’m traveling with family.” A short pause on their end and then “Ok, you can stay here” I arrived to check in and was asked for ID, I provided it and the clerk looked at it, held it out to the other clerk making a face and pointing out my name. After some back and forth between the staff members and me reminding them that they had already charged my account and that I had made my reservations in February, the staff member said, “Oh, just put her here” while pointing at the computer. I didn’t feel welcome.
The rest of the stay went without incident, but I will probably never stay at that Embassy Suites ever again"

"Great location on beach with convenient lounge chairs and umbrellas. Kids also loved the new pool. Many restaurants within walking distance but they get crowded. Our 2nd visit there and will be back in future."
