This property was okay. Our room smelled of mildew and cleaner when we arrived. Our AC didn’t work, I called the front desk and they sent someone who messed with the thermostat and then left, I gave it an hour to see if it would get cooler in the room, then I called again and they sent someone at 10:30pm to replace the filter, I gave it another hour and the room still didn’t cool off any so I called again. This time they sent someone out at midnight who said all he can do is give us a new room, we weren’t trying to move that late especially since my lady was sleeping and we had a flight early in the morning. All they said was sorry, didn’t offer any refund, credit or anything except a new room at midnight and an “I’m sorry”. We also felt like the staff outside at the bar/patio place were rude to us. Overall I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

The property location is excellent, top tier in fact. However, this is a older property in that some updates is needed. It's well maintained but nonetheless it can use some sprucing up.

The customer service is outstanding, they were very polite and professional . I gave a big thumbs up to the checking desk especially a certain mrs Camara and an other one who was working when I was checking out. I will love to stay there again.

The rooms smelled very damp and the room wasn’t cleaned during the day…. It doesn’t seem like the hotel manager is doing a particularly good job of maintaining standards. The staff were very kind and helpful though at the front desk and in the restaurants.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.If I ever visit Dakar again, I WILL be coming here again. If you can afford it, stay here. Even if you cannot afford it, stay here. You will not regret it.

A bottom-end, 5-star hotel where many things on the menu are not available, the food - when it does arrive - is mediocre, the staff make anglophones feel unwelcome, and the rooms are overpriced. It was truly an anticlimactic experience

This stay was disappointing. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and tried to make it up in some aspects, but there were many inconveniences. There was an argument over breakfast every single day when we paid in advance and still had to pay to access breakfast each morning. We used a venue space in the hotel that was leaking, we did not have the materials we requested and the staff was slow to help. The rooms were not clean when we arrived and the flies all over the hotel made the stay unpleasant.

All good, schedules of kitchen should be improved
Please don’t close bar at 11. All flights of Air France and Iberia arrives the night, and it’s not pleasant to eat in the room. It’s a shame a hotel like this radisson closes kitchens that early, besides you know very well flights arrive on night, and there’s no option.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. There were a few things about Rm 210 (we also had Rm 208 connected): Bathtub spray component did not work Shower area leaked into the room Security woke us up at ~2am because a light was on outside the room

I liked the building and the infinisty pool. I didnt like the concierge service. The lady was not helpful and her reply to everything is "i ll get nack to you" but no followup and no help!
