The space
Fadidi House Annex is a private apartment that shares a rooftop with Fadidi House (see other listings). It is perfect for people who would like their own space and to have some privacy, but also want the option to socialise and partake in communal activities like sports classes on the rooftop, communal lunches around the bowl, and hanging out on the rooftop with other travelers and locals.

Both rooms are private and have their own private bathroom, with hot water. Both rooms have fans and AC. We provide fresh towels, soap and shampoo.

There is a private living room with AC, a private kitchen with a stove, oven, dishes, and basic things like dishsoap / oil / salt / pepper.

Guests have their own private space, but have access to everything that goes on next door at Fadidi House. The giant rooftop connects to Fadidi house, where you are welcome to use all of the shared spaces on the roof.


SPECIAL PERKS OF BOOKING WITH US:

- At our rental , we try our best to show you Teranga (Senegalese hospitality) and give you access to the local life. You are welcome to eat with us, hang out with us, etc. Our house is your house! We also are available to help you with things you may need such as a SIM card, changing money, etc.

-Your hosts are available to help you with anything you might need, whether it's arranging airport transport, local transport, getting a sim card, getting local clothes made from a tailor, you name it! Just ask.

- Feel free to eat lunch with us if you’re around. We usually eat local home made dishes around the bowl. If you plan on eating meals with us, we appreciate a contribution for ingredients and a heads up ahead of time so we can plan ahead.

-Fadidi House next door is a very social house. We have a few "regular" friends of ours who are often over, and there are three bedrooms that we rent out on rental at Fadidi, so you have the possibility of meeting and interacting with other guests.

- We are happy to arrange transport to and from the airport or to other regions of Senegal (you would have to pay our driver directly)

- We can organize grillades for you and your group on our roof- grilled fish around a communal bowl. Costs vary.

- If you would like a guide to show you around Dakar or anywhere in Senegal, we can arrange that, as well as any transportation needs you may have. Costs vary.

- Cooking classes: Amazing chef Fatou gives cooking classes where you can learn local dishes. It’s a private class where you go to the market together for ingredients, and then come back to the house and cook / learn! Cost is 10,000 cfa plus ingredients.

- You can come enjoy Senegalese tea on the rooftop in the afternoons from 3-5pm

- Boucar does fitness classes on our rooftop that our guests can participate at a discounted rate.

- We usually do a concert once a month on our rooftop.

- Laundry services are provided for a small extra charge

- WiFi with a stronger signal than most WiFi in Senegal

- We can offer takeout / food delivery options (we know all the great restaurants around!)

- Family friendly environment with a huge rooftop space, a foosball table, kid bikes, complete with playground structure.
