"We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience.
Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel.
The room, specially the bathroom was not clean.

"We had a wonderful stay . The staff is very welcoming and nice . The room was really clean, the ac runs great , plenty of towels . We had a great time here , it was our first time visiting from Mexico. They helped us keep our luggage there after check out while we visited other places. "

"Himare is a very busy location with several beach front options. This property is right in front of the beach. There are beach umbrellas available for the guests, however, you better get there early. It is very close to many restaurant and shopping opportunities. The roads are very narrow and congested. There is no parking at this location, but there are a few paid parking options a few hundred yards away. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. Everything is very clean and well kept. "

"Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well.
The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large!
Location was convenient for walking everywhere

"We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. I think giving customers the ability to order what they want is better. "
