The check in lobby was actually on the 23rd floor, so you don't get that initial grand lobby feel when you walk through the main entrance. "First of all, the check in process was very slow, I do under stand it’s the holiday in China, but I moved from another hotel to this one but the first hotel I was at, the check in process were much faster. Then the front desk could found my payment information and kept telling me that I didn’t pay when I was in a hurry to catch a flight 😑. Last was the breakfast buffet, very limited selection for the price. "
