"Good time nice people very clean, but for type of hotel should have many many more microwaves than one in a corner of a laundry room and at least maybe a sign that says where it is at assistant at desk would not show me spent 40 minutes walking whole bottom level of a hotel all for a ham and cheese hot pocket"

"The hotel is nice, my children enjoyed the pool and courtyard. The air conditioning was absolutely horrible, we switched rooms and that air conditioning was horrible. We were sweating all night and my children developed a dry air cough. For two nights we roughed it out,barely slept, as we pre paid, we were told the air conditioning would work as designed. The room thermostat said 75 degrees, we tried manually set the thermostat at 68 degrees just to attempt to cool the room down faster. Our whole stay the room temperature never changed so we ended up leaving all day and only staying the nights. The staff was friendly and apologized for the a/c. We had several parties stay at the hotel with us in other rooms who said the same thing. Overall our next visit will be elsewhere unfortunately and we will check the room before payment. Live and learn I guess…"

"The breakfast buffet was typical. BUT if you advertise pet friendly you need to tell guests you can't leave the pet unattended in a locked do not enter room while you're out. We've never heard of such a thing and sad to say it created 1 person from not being able to attend their sons graduation from Stetson University or attend his special awards ceremony, but still charged $30/nite for pet, RIDICULOUS"

"Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting"

"The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there apparently, arebrude and terrifying. The outlets in the bathroom and “kitchen” don’t work.. so I hope you don’t plan on grooming yourself, because you can’t. Which is probably not an issue for most of the ppl there but was a big issue for me. The bed were filthy there was debris all in the corners of the bed frame. The walls had holes that were half spackled. You could hear the people next door. I cannot express enough how bad this place smells. We had to buy pillows from Walmart because their pillows were stained with yellow spots, and had to get mucinex and Sudafed from breathing in moldy AC air. I feel like I need some kind of vaccination from stepping foot into this filthy hotel. And a full refund for the mental anguish the coach roaches on my bed caused. HORRIBLE "

"The stay was fair . The downstairs neighboring rooms were loud and the room had very poor sound proofing . Seemed as the whole downstairs were full time residents ."

"There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus."
