Set 200 meters from Daimuz beach, this cozy apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
This simple but comfortable apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. A delicious breakfast before going to the beach is the perfect way to start your day. A practical awning protects you from sun if necessary.
The apartment offers a living-dining room, with TV and A/C; a simple kitchen with gas stove; and a laundry with washing machine and iron/ironing board. Also there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one of them with a doube bled and the last one with two single beds. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. As for the equipment, there is an air conditioner at the entrance.
Familiar and natural in every way, Daimuz beach counts with lots of services like beach-bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets. Most of the restaurants serve tasty Paella, a typical plate of Valencia. If you're into sports, you can do windsurf or paddle surf, among others. The golf course of Oliva Nova is 15 km from the apartment while lively Gandia beach is 5 km away. The old town of Gandia is very picturesque and famous because of the Ducal-Palace.

Al ladito de todo.
La ubicación. Al ladito de la playa. Rodeado de Comercio y bares. Eso también tiene su lado malo ya que hay bastante ruido hasta bien entrada la noche y a primera hora ya están los camiones de reparto sirviendo a los comercios. Tiene dos equipos de aire acondicionado, uno en el salón y otro en el pasillo que da a los dormitorios. Esto me gustó mucho porque con este conectado están fresquitos los dormitorios sin que te dé el aire directamente. Aunque el apartamento está bien distribuido y tiene bastante corriente de aire. Está muy bien equipado sobre todo la cocina. Y estaba todo super limpio. Es antiguo pero está muy bien cuidado. La terraza bastante grande.
El interruptor de la luz del baño no funciona a veces. El wifi es compartido y la señal es tan débil que apenas conseguí conectar un par de veces. Uno de los sofás es un poco incómodo.

Muy buena relación entre lo que pagas y lo que recibes
Lo mejor del alojamiento quizá sea la cercanía a la playa y a la principal zona de restauración de Daimuz. Además el apartamento está completamente equipado.
No hay ascensor, pero al ser un primer piso no se sufre demasiado. Por otra parte la wi-fi funciona a ratos.
