Everything was fantastic! Had everything we needed and the room was super clean and well equiped. Even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a Dyson hairdryer. Love the sliding doors, the deep bath and the wet room too. Would stay again if I was visiting Tokyo again. Close to lots of train lines and Ginza shopping.

It is slightly far from the Ueno skyliner station and around 10 minutes walk to the Ueno metro station. Make sure to select the number of guests for the room as it will affect the pricing, and thus was charged extra on the spot. The extra guest was provided bedding at the counter and a thin blanket similar to the ones on the plane.
I enjoyed having the laundry/dryer. Take note that it takes at least 3 to 4 hours for the laundry to dry.
Overall, it was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, oven and stove.

Clean room. Lovely staff. Great amentities. Great shower. I found the mattress firm but thats just me. We had no AC or heat in our room due to a malfunction but a lovely girl at the front desk brought us a Dyson heater to use.
