"Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult."

"Encanto is a charming boutique hotel centrally located in Canillas de Aceituno. The owner provides excellent explanations and warm hospitality. The breakfast is delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. Room 5, situated quietly in the courtyard, uniquely offers direct access to the pool. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing stay."

"This is a really property but the rooms vary considerably, last time we had a nice room this time the room was much smaller, no windows, glass door which naturally you need to close the curtains when inside, the shower was not clean, otherwise ok."

"Great stay loved the area, a coule of things to be aware of...parking is difficult- there is a paid area about 3 minutes away but it can be up to 18 euros a day. As the rooms are located right in the heart of the bars and restaurant area - which is incredibly convenient, it can be a little noisy till about 1am and then agian in the monring. If you are good with that, then there's nothing not to like. "
