They let us store our luggage after checkout because our flight was at night, giving us time to explore more of Hanoi before leaving. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi
