The resort was not clean and the service was poor. Most of the staff was not knowledgeable and difficult to communicate with.

Beautiful villas and facilities. We had 3 bedrooms villas with pool which was great. The AC is great, it keeps the villa nice and cool at all times. Bed is comfy which is a bonus. From the moment we checked in and checked out, the service was wonderful. Access to Vinwonders is easy via shuttle bus. The only feedback would be perhaps get the staff more trained regarding directing passenger boarding on the transport vehicles. We had lots of unruly and visitors without manners who cut through the line whilst waiting for the shuttle vehicles. It was really annoying as it was hot and the staff just allowed them. A better system need to be in place.

Staff should prioritize their customers for the service such as cleaning the room on times.

We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience. The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was. The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day. Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team. A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable. A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here.

Great location and away from the chaos of Nha trang. Buffet dinner was a little expensive for what was on offer , so à la carte menu was ok. The complimentary to and from the island and airport was outstanding.
