"LN Hotel Five is a small boutique hotel but backed by a large name in the Guangzhou business world. Staff aim to please and are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and unlimited water and other supplies (within reason of course)."

"A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young man was tops in service n keeping his word. The cleaning lady who came daily was wonderful, polite n kind. Perhaps, to improve, the building needs clearer directions re lifts eg if you are on level 14, use lifts 6,7,1,2. This info must be provided clearly. Also, re the lifts, guests needs to know, the lifts are super crowded, super slow. Other than this, i need to say, i will return to Hakka apt hotel again, i enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff, clean n location, awesome. Thanks."
