"When I arrived, the lobby looked nice.But you could tell the property was very run down. The first room I was sent to had visible bed bugs so I went downstairs and asked for a different room.I was given another room.It wasn't a much better shape, but\nNo visible bed bugs. The rooms had newer flooring in them. Nothing was upgraded. The headboards attached to the wall had been stabbed and scratched all up in both rooms. The first room there was dirt and debris along all of the walls and trim of flooring, the second one was a little bit cleaner on the floor.. We may do because I had already paid for the room and knew it would be a hassle to get a refund. The staff was very nice.I don't blame them for the conditions of the place.There was quite a few people staying there , so they must be used to those conditions. It did look unsafe but I had no problems with any other people in the area. Bads were surprisingly comfortable."

"Gym has basic workout equipment but worked fine. Rooms are very clean and love that it had a kitchenette. Pleasantly surprised for the cost. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. "

"Despite the big red signs saying “NON SMOKING PROPERTY” the place REEKED of cigarettes and marijuana. When we first entered the room, there was a beer can in the garbage, beard clippings in the sink, and the place STUNK! We asked the front desk if we came too early and they said “no, the cleaner has already been there and sprayed” I asked them to do it again and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The toilet and shower leaked all night. And upon coming back the second night, the room once again reeked of cigarette. Unfortunately there rooms failed to meet the level of customer service. Will not be coming back. "

"The place really needs to be updated or sold to someone else. The room was clean, but it was missing furniture. We had to take the lamp from the living room back into the bedroom because it was stolen frm the bedroom to put in the living room. That left zero lights in the living room, and end tables were missing. Vending machines were broken and empty. It smelled old. It was only one night, thank Jesus. For 135 bucks its a thumbs down for sure. "
