"Everything was fine. Only issue we had was that the switch for the entranceway light also controlled the outlets by the beds, only way to use them to charge devices was to have the light on all night. Made sleeping challenging."

"The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned."

"The overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok- not excellent. All common area carpets needed vacuumed, dining area was not well kept- food debris on floor and tables/ seating. Our bathroom had hair on the floor and I killed two flying bugs in our room. The beds were not comfortable at all. The bedding was clean and fresh. "

"Service was great. Property needs a refresh. Not like the Hyatt Place hotels we are used too staying at. Dark and room had an ordor. Stayed one night. Pajamas smelled like hotel room when unpacking. Not a great experience. "
