"The internet did not work in our room on the top floor. The building smelled a bit strange (maybe from past floods). Our room was supposed to have a „garden view with tower“, but the window overlooked garbage in a backyard. Spectacularly beautiful, with helpful staff, gorgeous sauna, etc. The problem is that they built the doors so well (heavy) that the underlying structure of the building physically shakes everytime someone slams ANY door in the building.
